About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and engaging Loss Prevention Advisor who thrives in fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you’ll help protect our people, products and stores by delivering end‑to‑end risk management services across your allocated region. You’ll work closely with store teams, stakeholders, and the Loss Prevention team across Australia, to reduce shrinkage, strengthen compliance, and support a safer retail environment for our store teams and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and support high quality internal & external investigations, providing explicit and detailed reports.

- Conduct Loss Prevention audits with a focus on high‑risk stores to drive reduction in risks and losses.

- Assess and advise on store security systems (CCTV, alarms, hardware).





- Engage with store teams and stakeholders through store visits, training and incident management driving on theft‑prevention and inventory best practices while empowering them to mitigate risks to people, product and the business.

- Attend serious store incidents where required and provide incident summaries

- Review incident reports, exception reporting and inventory movements to identify risks, detect theft and fraud and elevate emerging trends

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years’ experience in Loss Prevention, security, or retail investigations

- Exposure to reporting and data mining analytics required.

- Decision Making/ Problem Solving - ability to proactively gather relevant operational data from appropriate sources, conduct investigative analysis to identify security/loss prevention opportunities.

- Communication and Influencing - excellent verbal and written communication

- A demonstrable track record of success implementing risk management and/or audit programs.

- Retail experience and/or knowledge of inventory processes (highly regarded)
