The Role

You’ll work on a wide variety of quality commercial and residential projects, including:

- VRF & VRV systems
- Split and ducted air conditioning
- Package units (PACs)
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Ventilation systems
- Mechanical and refrigeration pipework
- Plant room installations
- Equipment upgrades and replacements
- Hot water systems under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program

Your Responsibilities

- Install,



commission and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical plumbing systems
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety
- Lead and coordinate a team of tradespeople and apprentices
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Build positive relationships with clients, builders and other trades
- Complete job updates using our job management software
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional worksite

What We're Looking For

- Victorian Registered Mechanical Plumber
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and White Card
- Commercial and/or residential HVAC experience
- Strong understanding of water sourced packaged AC units, VRF/VRV systems, refrigerant pipework and condensate drainage
- Ability to work from plans with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Pride in your work and a positive attitude
- Someone who wants to contribute to a great team culture
