Core Traffic Road & Rail Management is a specialist in Traffic Management, servicing clients across civil construction, telecommunications, and the events industry. With a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne and Geelong, we're expanding our team of Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders.
The Role
We're hiring experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders for ongoing casual work across Melbourne and Geelong. You'll manage the protected movement of vehicles and pedestrians on job sites, ensuring full compliance with safety standards.

Award Pay – in line with the Building & Construction Award, including penalty rates, allowances & super
Casual hourly rates:
Traffic Controllers: $36.26/hr to $40.00/hr Pending Experience
Consistent work through to the end of the year (and beyond)
Career progression opportunities (e.g., Team Leader roles)
Take-home vehicle for eligible Team Leaders

What You Need
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights including Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa.
Mandatory
Valid Driver's Licence (own transport preferred)
White Card
Current Traffic Management tickets:
Must hold TC2 & TMI2
TC2 and TMI2 certifications must be held at the time of application
TMI3 is a bonus!
RIW is a bonus!
Own PPE: hard hat, hi-vis clothing, steel-capped boots and a two way radio
1+ year experience for Traffic Controllers
Minimum 6 months experience required for Traffic Controller positions
2+ years experience for Team Leaders
Level 2 First Aid, Electrical Spotter (not essential)
