We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team for a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This position is based in Brisbane CBD and offers a hybrid working model. You will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices across various teams, ensuring effective collaboration and maintaining a steady workflow.
- Facilitate Agile delivery processes across three distinct delivery pods.
- Assist Development Leads, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders in maintaining project cadence and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
- Experience in a government or public sector setting.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
