As we continue to expand into new and exciting projects, we are seeking two experienced Site Supervisors / Foreman to join our team.
This role will suit a highly experienced civil foreman with a strong track record in project delivery. You will take responsibility for supervising civil construction activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with project engineers, subcontractors, and site crews, and will be trusted with full ownership of site delivery outcomes.
About You
We are seeking a highly experienced civil foreman with a proven track record delivering projects in the $1M-$10M range within Australia (ideally Victoria).
You will bring
- Extensive experience in civil construction (roads, earthworks, pavements, service installation)
- Valid White Card and relevant plant/operator tickets
- Robust understanding of civil construction methods and standards
- Strong OHS leadership and commitment to site safety
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors
- Reliable, professional, and practical approach to site delivery
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to provide two professional referees
Location
Projects are located across Melbourne's south-eastern growth corridor, including Officer, Rowville, and surrounding areas, and also Northwest corridor which includes Wollert and Minton. Applicants must be willing to travel within these areas.
