Lead Our Night Loading Team – Hands-On Team Leader

We're looking for a hands-on Night Loading Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse workplace. This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk, you'll be out on the floor, leading by example, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.

If you're highly organised, know how to prioritise workloads, and can bring out the best in people while maintaining high safety and performance standards, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Every night, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately, efficiently, and on time, while creating a positive, accountable team culture.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading, motivating and developing the Night Loading Team to achieve outstanding results.
- Being hands-on and working alongside the team whenever required.
- Planning workloads and coordinating the shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Overseeing the accurate and timely loading of outbound deliveries.
- Monitoring team performance, productivity and KPIs, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards across the warehouse.
- Building a positive, accountable culture where teamwork and communication are key.
- Solving problems quickly and making decisions to keep the operation running smoothly.

What You'll Bring





You'll be an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys coaching people, staying organised, and leading from the front.

You'll also have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or team leader role (1–2+ years preferred).
- A current LF Forklift Licence with high reach experience.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and engage a team.
- A hands‑on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (training on our systems will be provided).
- Clear communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
