What you'll do
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights that drive business improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and metrics.
