Position Title: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Carma, you’ll be the go‑to guide helping customers buy their next car. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads across phone, email, and live chat—no cold calling involved. Your focus is on building genuine connections, understanding what each customer needs, and making the experience simple, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.

- Stay on top of your pipeline with consistent follow‑ups and keep the momentum moving.
