Lactalis-Mainland Dairy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across our Tullamarine and Campbellfield sites in Australia. You will drive people initiatives, supporting a secure, engaged and high-performing workforce, with practical HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
You will deliver end-to-end HR support across both sites, lead recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning, performance and talent management, and coach leaders on people management.
