About the Role

Reporting into the Finance leadership team, you will take ownership of four GL entities — spanning HR, Franchisor, Leasing and CAPEX — while partnering closely with franchise operations across the business. From royalty calculations and new restaurant openings to weekly P&L; reporting and month-end close, this role is hands‑on, varied and high‑impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage four GL entities: HR, Franchisor, Leasing and CAPEX
- Serve as the key finance contact for franchise partners — royalty calculations, invoicing, debiting and query resolution
- Lead all finance activity associated with New Restaurant Openings end-to-end
- Manage the finance inbox in collaboration with offshore accounts assistants
- Prepare, review and publish weekly corporate restaurant P&L; reports with full ownership




- Attend weekly restaurant manager profitability and results calls
- Drive month‑end and year‑end close processes

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality or QSR strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working across multiple entities and managing competing priorities
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Xero, Tanda or Supy advantageous
- Exposure to cashflow reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident engaging with operational stakeholders
