Cayas + Ward isn’t your average architecture studio. We are a high-energy, design-driven practice and a national leader in the hospitality sector. With studio locations in Melbourne and Brisbane , we are looking for Registered Architects to lead our most exciting hospitality projects from initial concept to final handover.

Responsibilities
- Project Lead: Taking full ownership of projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept to completion.
- Technical Oversight: Producing and reviewing high-quality architectural documentation and ensuring office QA standards are followed.
- Stakeholder Management: Leading consultant meetings, managing client expectations, and navigating approvals.
- In office Leadership: Attending sites to inspect, problem-solve in real-time and ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
- Mentoring: Guiding Architectural Graduates and fostering a collaborative, curious studio culture.
Qualifications
- Registration: A Registered Architect with at least 1 year post-registration experience, and significant post-graduate experience.
Required Skills
- Interest in Hospitality Sector Design: Interest in delivering hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or commercial projects.
- Software: Revit skills are essential for both design and documentation.
- Leadership Mindset: Strong initiative, a collaborative approach, and the aptitude to manage and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
