Based in North Ryde, you will be a key member of the Category, Shopper & E‑Commerce team, bringing data to life and turning insights into clear, compelling actions. Your work will influence category strategy, go‑to‑market planning, shelf execution and shopper marketing initiatives across Australia’s biggest bakery brands.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys asking “why”, and is excited by the opportunity to leverage emerging technologies and AI to improve reporting, uncover insights faster and continually evolve the way we work.
Responsibilities
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights for sales, category and shopper teams.
- Lead the monthly Category Report: analyse performance, market trends, competitor activity and present insights to stakeholders across the business.
- Lead POG/space analysis and support customer range reviews.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis across promotions, pricing, campaigns and e‑commerce.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external data partners.
Requirements
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and general MS Office skills.
- Experience with Circana, Quantium, Tableau and/or JDA (desirable).
- Proven analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Confidence presenting insights and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- A continuous‑improvement mindset with a cooperative, values‑driven approach.
