Journey Early Learning Careers – Saint Albans VIC

We're looking for a passionate and committed Permanent Educator to join our St Albans centre. In this role, you'll support meaningful learning experiences, nurture strong relationships with children and families, and be part of a warm, community-focused team.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.

- Support engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned to the EYLF
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Observe, document, and reflect on children's development
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive learning environment
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
- ACECQA-recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
- Passionate about children's learning, wellbeing, and development
- A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team




- Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
