That’s Amore Cheese is on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Pick Packer to join our growing team in Thomastown.
We’re a proudly Australian owned business and a leader in premium Italian style cheeses. As we continue to grow, this hybrid role plays a crucial part in getting our products from our cool room to our customers; fresh, on time and delivered with care.
This is a full time hours, Monday to Friday, 6am start role combining order picking, packing, and multi-drop delivery driving.
About the Role
You’ll be hands on and wide-ranging, no two days are the same. Your time will be split between:
Picking and packing orders accurately
Loading and driving our delivery vehicles
Completing productive multi-drop delivery runs
Providing friendly, professional service to our customers
You’ll be a key part of our operations team and a trusted face of the That’s Amore Cheese brand.
What We’re Looking For
A clean and valid driver’s licence
Robust communication and customer service skills
Physically fit (able to lift up to 15kg)
Comfortable working in cold storage / cool room environments
Flexible, reliable and team-oriented
Forklift licence & MR/HR is highly regarded (but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
Load delivery vehicles with daily orders
Plan and complete multi-drop delivery runs efficiently
Deliver outstanding service to customers
Complete daily vehicle safety checks
Pick and pack orders accurately and in full
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas
Keep accurate delivery and stock records
