Northern Star Resources is seeking a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team in Kalgoorlie. This residential chance offers flexibility with either a 5:2 roster working 9-hour days or a 5:2/4:3 roster working 10-hour days.
You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Talent teams, manage records, onboard new staff, and help ensure compliance with company policies.
