Edge Glass and Aluminium Pty Ltd is urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Aluminium Window Installer/Fitter to join our team. In this full-time, Melbourne based role, you will be responsible for installing and fitting high-quality commercial aluminium windows and glazing systems.
To be a successful candidate for this role is required that you perform the following duties:
- Accurately measure, cut, and install commercial aluminium windows and associated fittings
- Safely and efficiently transport and handle window frames and glazing materials
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting safety and quality requirements
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all installation activities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial aluminium window installer/fitter
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
