Gen 21 Pty Ltd is a dynamic construction and engineering firm dedicated to delivering robust and sustainable infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glazier to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in measuring, cutting, treating, and installing various glass materials for our construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Determine the type and dimensions of glass required for specific projects.
- Lay glass over patterns on padded tables and in jigs with high precision.
- Measure and mark glass accurately for cutting.
- Examine glass thoroughly and mark any defective areas.
- Cut along patterns and templates using proper techniques.
- Break off sheets and excess glass using notched tools and glass pliers.
- Smooth rough edges using belt sanders and smoothing wheels.
- Coat, cut, etch, trim,



and treat glass to achieve custom special effects.
- Install glass and mirrors securely in windows, skylights, display cases, interior walls, and ceilings.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or an equivalent formal trade qualification.
- Proven professional experience working as a glazier within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to read measurements, templates, and blueprints.
- High attention to detail, precision, and safety compliance in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent teamwork, punctuality, and communication skills.

What We Offer
