The Role

This is a full time role for a star Fleet Controller and genuine team player.



You'll oversee the day to day running of our container fleet and be part of building something great.

Your responsibilities include:

- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Accurate and timely scheduling and booking of shipping container deliveries
- Monitoring a fleet of trucks and drivers
- Accurate and timely booking and allocation of container slots
- Monitoring and responding to client queries clearly and efficiently
- Communicating driver rosters accurately
- Using booking software including Freight Tracker, 1-Stop, Freightweb and more

What you'll bring

- Previous experience managing a fleet and a team
- Fleet operations and management know how
- Supervisory skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple things at once
- Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
- Experience with fleet management software
- Knowledge of Freight Tracker
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
