The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, innovation, and performance of a large media team, with a focus on driving measurable business growth for clients. This hands‑on leadership role requires a deep expertise in paid search, social, and broader performance channels, with a proven track record of leading large teams and multi‑sector client portfolios. The Head of Performance and Paid Media will be a key member of the leadership team, shaping the approach to media across the business and championing automation, machine learning, and AI‑led processes to drive efficiency and impact.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in paid media roles, with a strong background in search and social, and a non‑negotiable requirement for agency experience.



The role demands a leader with strong commercial and strategic acumen, fluency in analytics, attribution, and forecasting, and a demonstrated ability to drive innovation through automation and data. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accountable, and possess a strong leadership presence, capable of mentoring senior directors and fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration.
