Gaming Night Supervisor (Casual)

As a Gaming Night Supervisor, you will oversee gaming operations during evening and overnight trade, ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support Gaming Attendants during shifts.

- Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, venue procedures, and responsible gambling practices.

- Perform cash handling, reconciliations, and end-of-shift processes.

- Monitor gaming operations and report machine faults as required.





- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming workplace.

About You:

- Previous gaming, hospitality, or supervisory experience.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience with cash handling and reconciliations.

- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Essential Requirements:

- Current Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence.

- Current RSA and RSG Certificates.

- Drivers Licence

Desirable:

- TAB experience.

- Previous supervisory experience.
