The Role
As a Property Paralegal, you will work closely with our team managing residential sale and purchase matters from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with managing property sale and purchase files
- Preparing legal documents and skilled correspondence
- Conducting online property and title searches
- Liaising with clients, banks, and other law firms
- Coordinating settlements and finalising files
As your skills develop, you will take on greater responsibility and autonomy.
