We are currently seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Night Shift Production Operator to join our operations team on an ongoing casual basis, with full‑time hours available.

- Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Employment Type: Casual, ongoing (full‑time hours)
- Location: Altona North
- Requirements: Valid Forklift Licence is essential

Key Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Monitoring and ensuring all production machinery is operating efficiently and safely
- Cleaning,



disassembling, and re‑assembling production components as required
- Supporting production schedules and assisting with workflow planning
- Conducting quality checks on rejected or faulty products
- Operating the forklift to move materials and finished goods around the facility

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, plastics, or similar industrial environment
- Robust mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- A current forklift licence with proven operating experience
- Excellent communication skills, strong time‑management abilities, and effective problem‑solving skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently during night shift hours
