CJD Equipment is seeking experienced and motivated Field Service Technicians to join our growing Victorian team. With branch locations in Campbellfield, Dandenong, Wodonga and Geelong, we are open to candidates based across Melbourne and regional Victoria who are looking for a residential field service role.

What you’ll do:

Diagnose, service and repair Volvo construction equipment in the field

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support on customer sites

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues efficiently

Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately

Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and warranty procedures

Build strong relationships with customers while representing the CJD brand

What we’re looking for:

Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or equivalent

Strong technical knowledge of construction, earthmoving or heavy equipment

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule





Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Computer literacy and experience using diagnostic tools and parts catalogues

Customer-focused with strong communication skills

HV Truck and Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend work (penalty rates apply)
