Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership by defining architecture, reviewing designs, conducting code reviews, and mentoring development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business-critical applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, Web API, MVC, and WCF.
- Develop and support RESTful APIs using best practices, including Dependency Injection and clean coding principles.
- Design, implement, and maintain Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) solutions, including deployment, redeployment, architectural schema design, and integration workflows.
- Build and manage integration solutions using HIP connectors such as Service Bus Adapter, REST Adapter, and BLOB Adapter.
- Develop nested functional flows, schema validations, and mapping logic for enterprise integrations.
- Create and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and queries to improve application performance.
- Automate document generation and processing using iTextSharp, ActiveX, COM components, Macros, and Microsoft Office automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support testing activities through unit testing using xUnit and collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality.
- Contribute to cloud-based deployments and support using Azure services such as App Services, Web Jobs, and Logic Apps.
- Identify technical risks, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Csomputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 11+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and . NET Framework.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP).
- Experience with REST APIs, WCF, Dependency Injection, and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (2008/2012/2014), including stored procedures, query optimization, and database design.
- Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and HTML.
- Knowledge of document automation tools such as iTextSharp and Microsoft Office COM automation.
- Familiarity with Azure App Services, Web Jobs, and Logic Apps.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit.
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead teams, and deliver enterprise-scale software solutions.
