About the Role

As the Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they collect their vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements.
- Preparing repair orders and accurate estimates.
- Scheduling service bookings and managing workshop workflow.
- Liaising with technicians and the Workshop Controller.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Explaining completed work and invoices clearly and professionally.




- Upselling manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs where appropriate.
- Resolving customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assisting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and manufacturer compliance.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, positive and team-focused attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.
- Solid computer and administration skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership will be highly regarded; however, applicants with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
