About the role

In this position, you will report to the Manager of Asset Information and Data Analytics. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in executing data and reporting initiatives related to health infrastructure throughout Victoria. Collaborating with senior colleagues, you will engage in data analysis, reporting, stakeholder communication, and project execution, while enhancing your understanding of health infrastructure, asset management, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

- Assist in the execution of data reporting and asset information projects across Victoria's health sector.
- Collaborate with senior team members to analyze data and prepare reports that inform decision-making processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for effective asset management and data utilization.

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, information technology,



or health sciences.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or project management within a health or related sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Nice to have

- Experience with health infrastructure projects or asset management systems.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software or programming languages such as R or Python.
- Knowledge of the Victorian health system and its operational frameworks.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar applications.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
