About the Role
As Office Manager, you'll become the central hub of the business,
supporting the leadership team while ensuring the office runs efficiently every day. You'll coordinate everything from facilities management and office operations through to travel, onboarding, events and employee support.
No two days will be the same, making this the perfect role for someone who loves variety, thrives in a busy environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Projects, Service, Finance and Operations, becoming the person everyone relies on to keep things organised and running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide qualified front-of-house reception for visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone enquiries
- Coordinate office supplies, kitchen supplies and general office presentation
- Organise interstate travel, accommodation and Corporate Traveller bookings
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate laptops, access cards and general staff administration
- Organise monthly team events, annual lunches and company celebrations
- Coordinate contractors and facilities maintenance across multiple sites
- Support multiple department managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Help create a positive,
welcoming and highly organised workplace
- About You
You will be someone who naturally enjoys bringing order to busy environments and takes pride in making life easier for those around you.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Office Administrator
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Confidence supporting multiple stakeholders across a business
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and a polished, corporate manner
- A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- The confidence to prioritise workloads and respectfully push back when necessary
