About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investigations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Senior Lead, Employee Relations, this role is responsible for managing end-to-end workplace investigations and providing expert employee relations advice across the organisation.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Elizabeth Street corporate office with hybrid working arrangements available.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing complex workplace investigations ensuring procedural fairness, compliance and timely outcomes
- Providing employee relations advice to leaders, employees and People & Culture teams
- Maintaining and improving investigation resources, templates and training materials
- Supporting leaders with Enterprise Agreement and policy interpretation during workplace matters
- Monitoring legislative and industrial relations developments to support best practice approaches

About you:

- Extensive experience and expertise in conducting complex workplace investigations, including misconduct, grievances, and protected disclosures,



ensuring procedural fairness and compliance.
- Proven ability to provide clear, practical advice on investigation outcomes and related employee relationsmatters.
- Confidence and experience in the representation, advocacy and successful delivery of outcomes for matters before Fair Work Commission (FWC) and/or other tribunals, courts and authorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
- Skilled in writing clear and concise reports, correspondence, and documentation for investigations, policies, and procedures.
- High ethical standards and a strong understanding of confidentiality obligations
- Health Sector or Public Hospital experience
- Previous experience with Health Sector Enterprise Agreements and Awards
- Project management skills, including the ability to contribute towards organisational improvement strategies
- Experience providing coaching and mentoring to leaders on investigation processes and best practice.
