We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Casual Café Team Member to join our growing team at our café located on a Victorian Big Build project in Clarinda.

This is a busy weekday café serving a construction workforce. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, take pride in delivering great customer service and love making quality coffee, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a casual position offering good, consistent hours with Monday to Friday work only-no weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing quality espresso coffee and other beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Preparing and serving food
- Operating the point-of-sale system
- Restocking displays and maintaining presentation standards
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment
- Working collaboratively with a small team during busy service periods

About You





To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous café or hospitality experience (barista experience preferred)
- Be passionate about customer service
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Hold full working rights in Australia

Have your own reliable transport, as public transport is not suitable for our early start times

- Be reliable, punctual and well presented
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be available for *early morning starts** (essential)
