Business Development Manager - Facilities Management & Commercial Cleaning

Your new organisation is an established, ISO-certified facilities management and commercial cleaning provider delivering services across Australia. With operations spanning multiple states and a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they're now investing in national growth and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead it.

This is a genuine hunter role for someone who loves winning new business — taking ownership of the national new-business function across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, backed by the autonomy, tools and package to succeed.

About this opportunity:

National role — open to candidates based in VIC, NSW or QLD

$120,000 base + superannuation + commissions

Fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone provided

Flexible start — nominal 9:00am start with the flexibility to begin earlier to suit you and your clients

What you'll be doing:

Driving new-business development across VIC, NSW and QLD, generating and converting new commercial opportunities

Building and maintaining a solid, sustainable sales pipeline

Identifying,



targeting and winning new commercial clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and tenders

Managing the full sales cycle end-to‑end — from lead generation through to scoping, proposal, negotiation and close

Leveraging your existing industry network to build the client base

Accurately recording and managing all leads, opportunities and client activity within the company CRM

Developing tailored proposals and pricing in conjunction with operations and management

Representing the business at client meetings, site visits and industry events

Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of won contracts

To be considered for this role:

Demonstrated business development experience within commercial cleaning (highly regarded) or the facilities management or restoration industries

A proven track record of generating new business and building a strong sales pipeline

An established client network and the ability to bring new business across to the organisation

Strong experience using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities and reporting

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills

Self‑motivated and autonomous, with the drive to own a national new-business function

Willingness to travel interstate as required to develop clients across VIC, NSW and QLD

Current driver's licence
