About the role

In this inbound customer service role, you will deliver high-level, personalised assistance to help customers with warranties and order enquiries. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.

The role operates on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:30am and 7:00pm. There may also be the occasional Saturday shift, which will attract applicable penalty rates. Your total working hours will average 37.5 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
- Offer solutions that best meet customer needs
- Answer all calls and emails to sales support in a polite, friendly, timely and professional manner




- Provide warranty details as requested
- Manage and be responsible for the inbox
- Provide reports as requested
- Manage any customer return and credit requests
- Update customers on any changes in a timely manner

About You

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and solid problem-solving ability
- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience using SAP (highly regarded but not essential)

Additional information

- Scoresby location
- $36/hr - $37/hr + super + penalty rates
- Immediate start | 12-month contract with strong potential for extension
