With an increasing pipeline of international matters, the team regularly advises on sophisticated, multi‑jurisdictional litigation, insolvency and enforcement work. You'll be joining a collaborative practice where lawyers are trusted with real responsibility, work directly with Partners and are given every opportunity to progress their careers.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing disputes practice working across commercial litigation, insolvency and cross‑border matters.

You’ll work directly with experienced Partners, have regular client and court exposure, and take ownership of matters from an early stage while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.

Duties

- Manage commercial litigation and insolvency matters from commencement through to resolution
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and strategic correspondence




- Advise clients on complex commercial disputes and enforcement strategies
- Appear in court and work closely with counsel on significant matters
- Assist on shareholder disputes, asset recovery and cross‑border litigation

Skills & Experience

- 4+ years' PAE in Commercial Litigation or Insolvency
- Solid experience managing litigation matters and court processes
- Excellent drafting, analytical and commercial judgement
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- NSW practising certificate (or eligible to hold one)
