Praemium is seeking a Platform Support Analyst to join our Client Support team in a hybrid Melbourne office environment. You will be the first contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope platform, balancing phone, chat and email requests within SLAs.
You’ll educate advisers on Scope’s features, assist with tax reporting capabilities, data feeds and investment events, and explain reporting outputs. A solid background in wealth management and 2–5 years in platforms/advice is ideal.
