About the Role

As our Senior Mobile Phone Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of smartphones and tablets. You'll be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality repairs while supporting junior technicians and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose hardware and software faults on smartphones and tablets.




- Perform advanced repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, cameras, motherboards, and micro-soldering (preferred but not essential).
- Test all devices before and after repairs to ensure quality workmanship.
- Accurately assess repair requirements and provide professional advice to customers.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Is confident repairing Apple, Samsung, Google, Oppo and other major brands.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
