An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major strategic partnership that will transform investment and retirement solutions within one of Australia's leading wealth platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Transformation, you'll take ownership of a high-profile enterprise program, coordinating multiple business units and external partners to successfully launch recent investment solutions. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior executives and influence strategic outcomes across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Drive end-to-end program delivery from planning through to implementation and business readiness;
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, reporting and executive updates;
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realisation;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Data, Risk, Compliance and Sales;
- Lead internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex business and technology outcomes;
- Drive workflow automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
- Manage vendor relationships, commercial commitments and delivery performance;
- Ensure successful implementation, transition and operational readiness; and
- Build executive confidence through proactive communication, governance and decision support.

You'll be an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs within financial services.

You'll bring

- 10+ years' experience delivering complex business and technology projects;
- Experience within Wealth Management, Superannuation, Investments or Financial Services;
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams;




- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives;
- Experience managing matrix teams, external vendors and cross-functional business groups;
- Demonstrated delivery of workflow automation, digital transformation or operational improvement initiatives;
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies;
- Commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasts and advantages realisation;
- Excellent executive communication, governance and risk management capabilities;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, Project Management or a related discipline; and
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe or similar certification will be highly regarded.
