Collaborative and high performing team within a well-resourced, quality focused and supportive organisation Montefiore is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing and Digital Coordinator to support the professional and fast paced Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be a motivated marketing professional or emerging marketer looking to build your career in a rapid-paced, agile environment. You will bring Montefiore's brand to life across every channel by leading the coordination of marketing, communications and digital initiatives.

From creating engaging content and growing online communities to managing campaigns, websites and stakeholder relationships, you'll keep projects moving, elevate the brand experience and ensure marketing excellence across the organisation. Specifically, Your Day To Day Might Include coordinating social media content,

handling internal/external briefs,

maintaining marketing calendars,

coordinating vendor relations,

managing publication timelines supporting content creation. To succeed in this role, you will be a strong team player and thrive in a busy environment. Your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and growth mindset along with your ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders will be the key to your success. In addition, you will be passionate about the aged care sector and have a genuine desire to work within this industry.

Required Skills Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or Public Relations.





Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience using website CMS platforms

Experience with WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices

Experience managing digital assets and marketing resource libraries

Passionate about people-centred marketing

Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and work pro-actively
