As our Marketing and Events Coordinator , you'll support the planning and delivery of campaigns, events and brand initiatives across Feros Care. From coordinating timelines, suppliers and collateral to supporting content creation, product launches, website updates and campaign reporting, you'll help turn great ideas into impactful marketing activity.

What you'll do
- Coordinate and support end to end marketing campaigns, from research, planning and briefing through to delivery and reporting.
- Work with internal teams, stakeholders, suppliers and agencies to deliver campaigns.
- Support product marketing for new programs, services and innovations, including collateral, website updates and launch communications.
- Create and curate content across digital, print and video channels, including eDMs, blogs, campaign copy, website copy and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate campaign events, activations, photo shoots and video shoots that align with brand and campaign goals.
- Manage campaign calendars, content repositories,
marketing materials and collateral inventory.
- Track campaign performance, support reporting and use data insights to improve future marketing activity.
- Support marketing administration, including budgets, invoicing, CRM updates, audits and process improvements.
- Contribute to a range of marketing, brand and event initiatives across the organisation.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years' practical experience in project coordination, communications, marketing, copywriting or advertising.
- Previous experience in brand and marketing.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability or community services industries (desired).
- Advanced skills across Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer or campaign data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting capability.
- A proactive, self motivated approach and the ability to work confidently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail across campaigns, content, reporting and administration.
- The ability to solve problems, think analytically and draw insights from data.
Qualifications & Checks
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Project Coordination/Management experience (desired).
- Undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
- Valid Australian working rights.
