The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including social media management, content creation, event planning, video production, and more. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Digital Marketing:

Manage and maintain social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos

Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed

Assist in email marketing campaigns, including design and execution

Content Creation

Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles,



and website copy

Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations

Video Production

Film and edit videos for various marketing purposes (e.g., product demos, company culture, promotional videos)

Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing

Graphic Design

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and print advertisements

Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design

Event Planning and Execution

Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars

Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registration

Brand Management

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Monitor brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback

CRM Management

Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field Job Experiences:



At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a marketing support role, 3 years of experience preferable.

Experience working in a marketing workplace (highly regarded)

Knowledge of social media marketing and Google Ads (preferred)

Experience in event organization and coordination (highly regarded) Personal Skills: Well-organized

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Exhibits confidentiality when dealing with staff and company matters
