Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to define and execute a global B2B SaaS marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.

Brand & Positioning: Own JobAdder’s global brand strategy to ensure differentiated, consistent positioning across all regions and customer touchpoints.

Demand Generation & Funnel Growth: Lead a scalable, data-driven demand engine; partner with Growth teams to optimize acquisition, funnel performance, and retention.

Go-To-Market & Product Marketing: Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and oversee high-impact GTM launches across SMB and mid-market segments.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Unify Sales, Product, and RevOps around a cohesive GTM strategy, delivering high-quality pipeline and sales enablement tools.

Regional & Ecosystem Scale: Empower field marketing teams with local campaign resources while expanding technology and influencer partnerships to accelerate global reach.

About

You

Senior Marketing Leadership: Extensive marketing experience, with significant time in senior leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

Full-Funnel SaaS Expertise: Comprehensive background across Brand, Demand/Pipeline Gen, Product, Customer, and Partner Marketing—ideally within HR Tech, CRMs, or mid-market B2B SaaS.

Expansion & Retention Focus: Proven experience driving yield, cross-sell, and retention in mature organizations (rather than early-stage acquisition-only environments).

Commercial & CAC Acumen: Full ownership of pipeline, revenue, and budgets, with a proven track record of optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and driving funnel efficiency.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated success scaling multi-functional teams through senior managers while effectively influencing executive stakeholders and navigating change.
