PAX Energy is an Australian engineering-led company helping electrical contractors deliver commercial battery and renewable energy projects.

We supply ready-to-install battery energy storage systems for businesses, farms, industrial sites and remote applications. Our systems can reduce electricity costs, improve energy independence and provide backup power where required.

Commercial battery projects can be technically complex, so PAX supports installers with system design, drawings, documentation, pre-assembled equipment, commissioning assistance, training and ongoing monitoring.

Through our Whole 9 Yards approach, we aim to make commercial battery installations simpler, more repeatable and easier to support throughout the life of the system.

The successful applicant will primarily support PAX Energy, while also contributing to selected marketing activities for our related clean-energy business, CHARG Energy.

Role Description

PAX Energy is seeking a hands-on Part time Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our day-to-day marketing activities from our Banyo office.

The role is expected to be approximately one to two days per week, with regular onsite attendance. Some additional onsite time may be helpful initially while learning the businesses, products and customers. There may be scope for the role to grow over time as our marketing requirements develop.

The position will involve creating, coordinating and publishing marketing content across a range of channels. Responsibilities may include:

- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns
- Creating digital and print content




- Managing social media and website updates
- Developing brochures, case studies and presentations
- Supporting trade shows, training sessions and industry events
- Working with sales and engineering teams to develop clear, technically accurate messaging
- Maintaining marketing assets, databases and content schedules
- Tracking campaign performance and supporting lead generation
- Coordinating external suppliers where specialist support is required

This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking an idea from initial discussion through to completed output. Qualifications The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating clear and engaging marketing content
- Experience in marketing coordination, content, communications or digital marketing
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- An understanding of how marketing supports sales and lead generation
- Experience with social media, websites, CRM systems or email marketing tools
- Confidence working with technical team members and learning unfamiliar products
- A collaborative approach and willingness to receive and apply feedback

Experience in B2B marketing, renewable energy, engineering or technical products would be beneficial but is not essential. A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred. The role includes regular onsite work at our Banyo office, particularly while learning the businesses, products and customers.
