With ambitious growth plans ahead, we're seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the next phase of the brand's evolution.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader who loves building brands just as much as building businesses.

You'll own the complete marketing ecosystem, from brand strategy and customer acquisition through to product launches, digital performance, CRM, content, customer lifecycle and brand storytelling. Working closely with the CEO and Executive team, you'll play a key role in shaping the commercial direction of the business while building a best-in-class marketing function capable of supporting significant future growth.

You'll be responsible for

- Developing and executing the overall brand and marketing strategy
- Leading customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing
- Driving ecommerce growth and digital performance across multiple channels
- Building compelling brand campaigns and product launch strategies
- Creating a world-class customer experience across every touchpoint




- Using customer insight and data to influence commercial decisions
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Working collaboratively across Product, Ecommerce, Operations and Customer Experience
- Managing marketing investment with a strong focus on commercial return and sustainable growth

We're looking for someone who has:

- Executive-level marketing leadership experience
- Built and scaled premium consumer or lifestyle brands
- Strong ecommerce and digital marketing capability
- Experience across brand, CRM, customer acquisition and retention
- A data-led approach to commercial decision making
- Proven leadership experience developing high-performing teams
- The ability to influence at Executive level and work cross-functionally across the business
