You'll play a pivotal part in turning member insights and data into campaigns, services, and social events that make a difference. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and influence how our brand evolves.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing, Events & Member Engagement Officer is a key team member responsible for driving member engagement through marketing strategy, insight-led initiatives, and community-centric experiences.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Designing and delivering marketing campaigns that drive member value and engagement
- Translating member feedback into actionable insights for campaigns and amazing social and ticketed events
- Managing digital channels, including website content, social media, and fortnightly member newsletters
- Managing the execution of member social events and benefits with a focus on experience and value
- Maintaining a strong member communication cadence and helping shape our brand




- Support operational management of our membership base (process of applications, renewals, queries)
- Collaborating to ensure our offerings stay relevant, engaging, and aligned to member needs

What you’ll bring - Experience & Skills:

- A background in marketing, events, communications, and/or brand engagement roles
- Experience using data or insights to inform marketing or service delivery
- Solid capability across social media, Canva and Microsoft Office
- Experience in Member Jungle and/or OwnerRez are an added bonus but can be trained
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a community or member-based environment
