This is a role for someone who loves making things happen. Working alongside our leadership team and agency partners, you'll help bring exciting new initiatives to market—executing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and turning strategy into action. You'll be joining us at a pivotal moment, helping bring ambitious growth initiatives to life and laying the foundations for the next chapter of Urban List.

Over the next six months, you'll play a key role in bringing a number of strategic growth initiatives to life. It's a hands-on opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping lay the foundations for Urban List's next chapter of growth.

Here's a taste of what you'll be getting stuck into:

Working alongside our leadership team and agency partners to bring exciting new initiatives to market.

Executing integrated go-to-market campaigns from planning through to launch.

Helping drive customer acquisition across owned, paid and partnership channels.

Managing campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring projects stay on track and campaigns land brilliantly.

Monitoring campaign performance, optimising results and uncovering opportunities to improve.

Building playbooks, reporting dashboards and processes that support the long-term success of our growth initiatives.

Experimenting with AI and emerging technologies to help us work smarter, faster and more effectively.





What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves turning great ideas into real-world results. If you're energised by building, launching and optimising, you'll fit right in. You'll have experience:

Bringing go-to-market campaigns to life, whether that's launching a new product, service, initiative or customer experience.

Driving customer acquisition across a mix of owned, paid and partnership channels.

Working closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns from concept through to execution.

Using data and insights to optimise campaign performance and continuously improve results.

Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while keeping stakeholders informed and momentum high.

Thinking commercially, balancing creativity with performance to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Embracing new technologies and AI to work smarter, move faster and unlock better results.
