The Role:

We are looking for an energetic, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team to drive bookings, brand awareness and business growth across our diverse portfolio.

This is a genuine leadership chance for someone ready to take ownership of the department and drive a real impact across the business.

Based at our Malaga office, reporting directly to senior management, you'll lead a small internal marketing team while overseeing the planning, execution and performance of marketing initiatives across a varied portfolio of tourism and transport brands.

From digital campaigns to content coordination on Rottnest Island to strategic planning in collaboration with operational managers to promote new experiences, there is always a challenge on the horizon. Responsibilities:

- Set departmental priorities, developing your team and ensuring marketing activities align with the Group's strategic objectives
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
- Work collaboratively with company leaders to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, social media and email marketing.
