Position Overview The Marketing Promotion Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the Australian market. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales team, this role will focus on campaign execution, channel promotions, events, product launches, sales support, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.

- Coordinate joint marketing activities with distributors, installers, and other channel partners.

- Assist with trade shows, roadshows, product launches, customer events, webinars, and training sessions.

- Work with the Sales team to develop promotional activities and support lead generation.

- Coordinate brochures, flyers, presentations, event materials, and other marketing assets.

- Liaise with designers, agencies, printers, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

- Track campaign progress, event attendance, leads, expenses, and basic performance results.





- Support local market research and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing promotion, campaign execution, channel marketing, event marketing, or a related role.

- Solid organisational, coordination, and communication skills.

- Good written and verbal English.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

- Basic design skills using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools are preferred.

- Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, solar, electrical products, or B2B marketing is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel locally and support occasional events outside normal working hours.
