About the position

· Conduct research to understand the market, partner institutions and their education products

· Stay updated on the latest marketing trends specific to India market

· Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data from various sources (e.g., social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

· Generate ideas and write the articles for the company’s websites, social media platforms or relevant marketing channels

· Generate ideas and create videos for social media platforms

· Propose innovative ideas to improve the team’s sales performance

· Plan and organise promotional events as well as traditional/digital campaigns

· Design marketing materials that align with the purposes and target audience of marketing campaigns

· Prepare and submit regular marketing reports to your team leader and manager to keep them informed about the ideas, progress and outcomes of marketing initiatives.

· Establish and maintain the marketing and customer database for India team

· Collaborate with Education Counsellors to build up the student network, recruit Indian students and promptly address their inquiries

· Other tasks as directed.

About you

· Graduates or currently attending higher education courses at Australian universities (Bachelor/Master level), major in Marketing/ Advertising/ Media and Communication OR proven equivalent work experience or overseas qualifications

· Experience in marketing

· Video production and editing skills are required

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Hindi.

· Proficiency in online marketing across various platforms

· Proficiency in WordPress skills

· Time management

· Ability to work under pressure
