12 Month Max Term opportunity Melbourne or Sydney location We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Acquisition & Growth team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we attract, engage and grow relationships, creating meaningful experiences that support our member's financial wellbeing at every stage of life. Working across a range of channels and customer touchpoints, you'll collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative, insight led campaigns that drive growth, deepen engagement and improve member outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns and programs that support member growth objectives.

Curious mindset to leverage market research, insights and data to help inform knowledge of our under 45 member segment.

Ensure marketing campaigns and programs meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Develop and use reporting and data insights to inform marketing and communications approach.

Translate complex topics into simple and engaging messaging

How do you exceed our expectations?

Experience within a B2B environment where intermediaries are leveraged to reach the end consumer.





Demonstrated ability to execute and optimise end-to-end marketing campaigns The ability to develop strong relationships and build trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders.

Strong understanding of the digital and marketing landscape including agile practices, methodologies and execution.

Strong understanding of social media platforms.
