As a Marketing Specialist (Digital), we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

- Plan, execute and optimise organic and paid digital campaigns across social media, search (SEM/SEO) and web, including Google and Bing Ads;
- Develop, edit and moderate engaging content across social media platforms, the corporate website and other digital channels;
- Coordinate and produce the monthly newsletter and other eDMs, including managing subscriber lists and distribution;
- Collect, analyse and report on campaign and digital performance data to improve metrics, inform decisions and feed quarterly reporting;
- Assist with customer-facing communications and promotional materials including flyers, brochures, advertising, event collateral, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights;
- A creative eye for developing engaging, audience-appropriate content across text, imagery and multimedia;
- Solid written communication skills, with attention to accuracy, proofing and brand-consistent messaging;
- Strong self-organisation and time management, with a proven ability to juggle deadlines across multiple campaigns;
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust quickly to changing priorities and real-time campaign performance;




- Confidence engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and service providers;
- Curiosity and initiative — staying abreast of market, industry and technology trends and proactively recommending current ideas;
- Honesty, reliability and personal accountability, with a collaborative approach that contributes to team morale.
