Role Description The Marketplace Specialist / E-commerce Manager will manage and optimize E-DEN Cars’ presence on online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms in a part-time, remote capacity. Daily tasks include creating and updating product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring accurate, engaging content across all channels.
The role involves analyzing marketplace performance, tracking key metrics, and recommending actions to improve visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to support promotions, handle customer inquiries, and maintain consistent brand standards. This position requires proactive management of marketplace relationships, staying informed about platform policies, and identifying recent opportunities for growth in the electric mobility and automotive sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage marketplace agreements and drive revenue.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize listings, and improve overall e-commerce performance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and represent the brand professionally.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, specialized automotive platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with automotive or electric mobility markets is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets for monitoring performance and reporting.
