McLean Care is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT&C; Support Officer to join our Information Technology and Communications team in a full-time capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating competing priorities and providing practical technology support. You will contribute to the day-to-day delivery of IT services across McLean Care while developing your technical, project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the role

Reporting to the IT & Communications Manager, you will help coordinate and support the delivery of IT services across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with IT helpdesk requests and coordinating user support.
- Helping employees troubleshoot technology and software-related issues.
- Scheduling system maintenance, upgrades and updates.
- Tracking and managing IT equipment and organisational assets.
- Monitoring IT systems and escalating issues when required.
- Supporting telephony, communications and conferencing services.
- Working with employees across the organisation to understand and respond to their technology needs.
- Assisting with process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
- Providing general administrative, coordination and technical support to the IT&C; team.
